Belatedly, with the world in meltdown over the past few weeks, I had forgotten about a milestone: I have been an independent dealer in old books in Adelaide for 50 years this month. By way of a modest celebration, and as a thank you to the customers who come into the shop or browse our website, we are offering a discount of 20% on all our stock on the shelves at the North Terrace premises, and online via our website.

The sale starts today and runs until Tuesday 31 March. Terms and conditions are simple:

•     purchases may be made in person, on our website, or by telephone or email
•     all orders must be received by midnight on 31 March
•     no laybys
•     no further discounts will apply for the duration of the sale
•     institutional orders will be invoiced in the customary manner
