This revised edition contains the complete nominal roll (over 5300 names), over 200 portraits of battalion members, and other appendices not included in the original. This copy is one of an unspecified limited subscribers' 'dedication' edition (we understand it to be 200 copies); the standard issue ran to 3800 copies. This copy is dedicated to Captain Robert Wills Orr, killed in action on 11 April 1917, with a leaf bearing his tipped-in reproduction portrait photograph inserted before the title page. A photocopy of the prospectus for the 'special dedication edition' is loosely inserted.
