Decorated cloth lightly rubbed, with one small inkspot on the front cover; short tear to the map neatly closed; erasure to the head of the title page (with minor surface loss and mild discolouration); an excellent copy.

With the contemporary name-plate of G.H. Hammersley, Sydney, and a small label on the verso of the front flyleaf indicating that it was 'Sold at the First Australian Antiquarian Booksellers' Fair. August, 1972' (was $15, now $150 ...).
