Original quarter cloth and stiffened wrappers; front cover lightly scored and very slightly chipped and scuffed near the foot of the hinge; an excellent copy (it appears to be unread).
The essays are 'Collection and Storage of Water in Victoria' by Frederick Acheson (49 pages); 'Agriculture in Victoria' by William Story (pages 163 pages plus a plan); 'Origin and Distribution of Gold in Quartz Veins' by Henry Rosales (31 pages) and 'Development of the Resources of the Colony' by Charles Mayes.
