Mirka Mora was an acclaimed Melbourne folk artist, born in Paris in 1928 to Eastern European Jewish parents, and died in Melbourne on 27 August 2018. Her husband was the World War II resistance fighter Georges Mora, later a Melbourne enterpreneur and restaurateur.
