[Port Moresby, The September Seminar Committee], 1968.

Quarto, 17 stencil-duplicated leaves (eccentrically foliated) most printed rectos only, but with illustrations on the verso of 5 leaves.

Side-stapled pictorial wrappers foxed; heavy crease throughout; mild signs of age and use in the text; a good copy of an ephemeral production.

It comprises the seminar programme, three forewords relating to delinquency and rehabilitation, a Seminar Paper ('What is Delinquency?' by W.A. Broome), a statistical table of appearances in Port Moresby Children's Court (1963 to 1968), and Notes on Participants.
