Small folio, [16] pages, set and printed by hand on wove paper.
Blood orange and cream-patterned papered boards with a printed paper title-label on the front cover; edges uncut; covers foxed, stained, and a little worn and tanned, with the chipped and cracked spine now stabilised; outer leaves foxed; a few other minor signs of age and handling internally; overall, a good copy.
Number 83 of only 150 copies signed by the author. The two poems are 'Simultaneous' (1924) and 'In Provins' (1925). The cover design is by the painter Elliott Seabrooke, the book's dedicatee. Nancy Cunard (1896-1965) was a poet, activist, heiress, and founder of the Hours Press. Provenance: Hardwicke Knight (1911-2008), the New Zealand collector and photographic historian, with his name label on the front pastedown.
