Saddle-stapled colour-pictorial card covers lightly rubbed at the extremities and slightly creased at a few corners, with a short sealed tear to the front top edge; in excellent condition.

'24 New Bib & Bub Stories | One hundred & forty four Pictures to Colour | ... | We painted these to show the way we do it | Bib Bub' (text on the outside rear cover surrounding a full-colour strip of illustrations). Printed on the inside front cover is 'Bib's Advice' on 'How to put on Paint'; Bub's tips on 'How not to paint' appear on the inside rear cover.

Muir 2779 ('6 pictures in comic-strip form on every page, with 2 lines rhyming text to each'; apart from the cover title, the text on the other three surfaces of the covers is not noted).
