Gilt-pictorial light blue cloth; top edge gilt, others uncut; cloth lightly sunned on the spine and slightly rubbed at the extremities; edges, endpapers, frontispiece and tissue-guard a little foxed; free endpapers tanned; a small number of leaves have short tears or irregularities to the leading margins (where unopened edges have been carelessly cut or torn open); rear hinge cracked (but firm); overall, in spite of the blemishes, it presents as an excellent copy.
