Number 58 of 70 copies of the deluxe edition; bound in at the front of the book is an original etching ('Floating', sheet size 245 × 340 mm), numbered, captioned, dated (2004) and signed by John Olsen. It is #422 in the catalogue raisonné (illustrated on page 241). This copy of the book is additionally signed by the artist with an original full-page pen sketch on the recto of the conjugate leaf of the etching. This important catalogue raisonné was compiled in consultation with John Olsen and Jeffrey Makin.
