Quarter parchment and papered boards a little bumped on the corners; pastedowns slightly marked; rear free endpaper a little creased; large relevant cutting from a bookseller's catalogue tipped in on the blank verso of the colophon (which has an additional Eric Thake-designed Barnett bookplate tipped in on it); an excellent copy with the excellent pictorial dustwrapper (lightly rubbed and bumped, with the flaps slightly blemished where some pieces of clear tape have been removed).
Number 76 of 200 copies signed by the author; a further 100 copies in two deluxe editions were also published. An additional bookplate for P. Neville Barnett, by Eric Thake, is tipped in on the limitation page (and with a printed note to this effect mounted beside it).
