Quarto, [iv], 37 pages, printed in two columns on Arnold hand-made paper in black and green inks, with 12 wood-engraved illustrations by John Nash.

Original full vellum (by Mansell & Co., London); spine lettered in gilt; inner gilt dentelles; edges uncut; covers bowed, as often, with a few small splits to the front pastedown; a few tiny spots; an excellent copy (internally in fine condition).

Number 26 of only 30 copies in full vellum signed by John Nash; the standard edition (unsigned, in quarter parchment) comprised a further 350 copies. Swift's satirical essay was first published posthumously in 1745.
