Octavo, [vi], 110 pages with the battalion colour patch printed on an early page plus a double-portrait frontispiece and 17 full-page plates (numbered to XVIII but there is no Plate X called for in the list of plates).

Two-colour pictorial wrappers a little soiled and worn, with a small section missing from the plain backstrip; minor signs of age and use; overall, a good copy.
