Provenance: Dated (1979) by, and with the ownership signature of, Leonard Eugene Boyle, OP, OC. Boyle was a scholar and palaeographer, and later Prefect of the Vatican Library (1984-1997). Not stated as such, but from the collection of contributing scholar Heather Phillips, and with her occasional marginal pencilling. Studies in Church History, Subsidia 5.
