'This edition is limited to 50 copies of which 45 are for sale and 5 for presentation.... This special limited edition includes an original lithograph by Miles Evergood titled "Penseroso", created by the artist, circa 1931-33. The lithograph has the studio stamp verso and is signed by the artist's great-niece Gael Hammer'. This is one of the presentation copies (number 2), further inscribed and signed by the author 'To Jim [Schoff], whose loyal support has carried this project forwards. Sincere regards, Gael, 2/12/13'. Jim Schoff was deputy director of the Art Gallery of SA, 1985-88, and director of Carrick Hill, 1988-1991.
