Large quarto, two volumes (a book and a portfolio of prints), [30] pages with a frontispiece (the artist with his portrait of the poet) and 24 linocut illustrations (black against a pale apricot background, 12 full-page), plus a portfolio of the 12 full-page linocuts on individual sheets (printed black with the white paper the background colour).
Quarter leather and cloth, both lettered in gilt; minimal spotting to some leaves; an excellent copy, housed together with the fine portfolio, in the slightly marked slipcase.
The edition was limited to 250 numbered copies signed by Jack Lindsay; this copy is signed but unnumbered and presumably out-of-series.
