In uniform fine bindings of three-quarter purple morocco and marbled boards, retaining the original wrappers; spines tooled in gilt; top edges gilt, others uncut; spines lightly sunned; a couple of faint fingermarks internally; essentially a fine set.
Number 1014 of a total edition of 1961 sets, this being one of 1850 on Rives paper (numbered 112-1961). The 140th title in the Maitres du Livre series. [2 items].
