Large quarto, unpaginated but [xx] pages of preliminaries and 217 graphic works by Zorn fully illustrated and described, plus an original etching (and an errata slip tipped in on plate 42).
Early half morocco and marbled papered boards (retaining the original printed wrappers) lettered in gilt on the spine; slight loss of surface to a small section of marbled paper on the front cover; spine a little sunned; the eight-page section detailing items 36-41 is misbound between items 28 and 29; an excellent copy (internally fine).
Number 7 of only 50 copies of the 'Tirage de luxe', printed on japon paper. A catalogue raisonné of the graphic works of the Swedish artist Anders Zorn (1860-1920). The original etching, bound in as issued, is 'Billy Mason, Sénateur américain' (Delteil 158, 1st state, 'Avant la lettre', 195 × 142 mm, calling for about 40 proofs signed in pencil, and 50 printed on japon for this deluxe edition).
