Scottsdale, New Falcon Publications, 1991 (first edition).
Octavo, 162 pages with numerous illustrations.
Black synthetic cloth lightly marked and very slightly bumped at the head of spine; pencilled prices lightly visible in the top corner of the flyleaf; an excellent copy. The front cover is stamped in gilt 'Collector's Limited Edition'; the smaller colour-pictorial card cover from the paperback edition of the book is wrapped in Brodart and presented here as a simulated dustwrapper.
The front flyleaf is inscribed by Lon Milo Duquette 'To Brother Keith | Do what thou wilt shall be the | whole of the Law. | ... | Love is the law, love under will', and signed by him, as well as Christopher Hyatt (with his occult stamp), David C. Wilson and Gary Ford (both of whom contributed to the book, and are mentioned in the acknowledgements on page ). '#9' is written in red ink at the head of the inscription, possibly by Duquette; presumably this relates to the limitation on the limited edition, but the upper limit is unspecified.
