Purple pebble-grain cloth lettered in gilt on the front cover, and ruled in blind front and rear; cloth a little flecked, marked and bumped (with light associated creasing to the top corner of the leaves throughout); edges a little foxed; overall an excellent copy.

The large armorial seal of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of South Australia is embossed at the foot of the dedication leaf.
