Gilt-decorated cloth slightly flecked, marked and rubbed, with a small stain on the rear cover; top edge foxed; creases to the top corner of the front flyleaf; blank top corner tip of the last two index leaves torn away (when unopened edges have been carelessly separated), with two short marginal tears to the leading edge now sealed; a very good copy with a short recipe in pencil on the blank verso of the half-title.
'Australia is practically Southern Europe' (title page). Not least, there are 70 pages 'On Australian Wine and its place in the Australian Daily Dietary' (pages 178-247).
