Small square octavo, xviii, 174, [1] (colophon), [2] (blank), 24 (publisher's catalogue, dated September 1916) pages plus a colour frontispiece and additional colour-pictorial title page and pictorial endpapers (all by Hal Gye); tipped in on the half-title is a small slip (printed in red) advertising two other uniform titles.

Pictorial blue-and-white cloth; edges lightly foxed; contemporary pencilled ownership details on the half-title; a fine copy with two variant dustwrappers, both with minor blemishes but essentially in very good condition (one is colour-pictorial, the other features a letterpress blurb by the publisher).
