Colour pictorial wrappers lightly creased and rubbed; spine split in a few spots, but firm; contemporary ownership signature (15 December 1932) on the title page; an excellent copy.

The wrappers are a belter. The front cover features full-colour artwork by Glover; the inside front cover is a full-page illustrated advertisement for books by Ion Idriess. The inside rear cover has a two-colour advertisement for 'Snugfit Cream Trousers', featuring a group portrait of 'Mailey's Cricket Team which toured Canada and U.S.A.'; the outside rear cover features a full-colour advertisement for Dr H.V. Hordern's book, 'Googlies', which is illustrated by Tom Glover.
