Publisher's gilt-lettered maroon cloth slightly marked (the third one with some light splash marks to the covers); the first volume a little bowed; top margins of the text block of the third volume a little cockled, with light shallow tidemarks to some leaves, and a light pink stain to the rear top edge of the last monthly magazine, where the dye in the cloth has run); trifling signs of use; overall in very good condition.
