Full morocco a little scuffed, with the spine lightly sunned; a very good copy (internally fine).
The edition was limited to 750 copies signed by the three contributors; the first 500 copies contained a loosely inserted tinted lithograph (an illustration of a bird not reproduced in the book) numbered, dated (1980) and signed by the artist. This is Jeremy Boot's personal copy, with both the book and the lithograph being Number 1 in their respective editions. The lithograph (365 × 285 mm paper size, 215 × 165 mm image size) is lightly creased in the wide right-hand margin, close to the edge and well clear of the image; this is a trifling blemish that would be covered by the mat if the print was framed.
