Early (but not contemporary) blind-stamped full purple calf, unlettered but with the spine gilt in compartments, gilt inner dentelles, marbled endpapers, all edges dyed red; covers a little rubbed and scuffed; spine a little sunned; trifling signs of age and use; in excellent condition.
A consecutive run of five annual reports of the City of Adelaide, from the 27th to the 31st. Provenance: Alexander John Morison, Town Clerk of Adelaide, 1937-46, with his pencilled ownership signature and acquisition details ('Purchased at Becks Book Shop on Friday 13/11/36. Personal Property').
