With the ownership sigature (dated March 1888) of Evan Kyffin Thomas (1866-1935), a South Australian journalist and newspaper proprietor (being part-owner of 'The Register'), also the great-nephew of Robert Thomas, South Australia's first printer (ADB). Evan has added, 'Reviewed'. These bush 'notes are rather those of an observer than a naturalist'; contents include Something about Snakes (15 pages) and The Home of the Black Fish (20 pages).
