The first volume in the publisher's Australiana Facsimiles series. This copy is Number 257 of 1,000 copies. No further volumes were published, as demand for the books did not meet expectations. When the series started, the volumes were bound in full morocco, but this soon gave way to the much less expensive papered boards. With the ownership details and signature of Robert Brook Lewis (1918-2009, son of industrialist Essington Lewis), the Master of St Mark's College, University of Adelaide from 1957 to 1968.
