Offered together with SAPP Number 36A of 1864: 'Additional Instructions to Boyle Travers Finniss, Esq., Government Resident of Northern Territory, together with the Names of the Officers appointed to reinforce the Expedition, and List of Stores forwarded per "South Australian"' (3 pages). These papers are nothing less than the simple title suggests - the DIY instruction booklet for colonization, down to the last two-inch brad (half-a-hundredweight is recommended).
