Adelaide, Government Printer, 1888.

Folio, xxxvi, 298 pages with 36 charts (3 for each month - 'Meteorological Curves'; 'Barometric Curves'; 'Barometer and Rain on South Coast') plus 7 large folding maps (including a large rainfall map).

Drop-title; small holes in the left-hand margin where sewn when bound (now disbound); an excellent copy.

South Australian Parliamentary Paper Number 31 of 1888; only 670 copies printed. A month-by-month breakdown, with the Northern Territory covered by full details of conditions at Port Darwin and Alice Springs. Each month features one page (on average) of discursive prose on its characteristics, with notable events highlighted (for example, the hurricane that struck Roeborne in March is graphically described).
