Australian Industry. Issued by the Federal Council of the Chambers of Manufactures of Australia. For the Advancement of Australian Manufactures and the Extension of Trade

Brisbane, printed by H.J. Diddams (for the Offices of the Chambers), 1906.

Quarto, xviii, 60, A1-A31, A28(bis)-A31(bis), A32-A56, B1-B200 pages with numerous illustrations (after photographs) and pictorial advertisements plus a correction slip at page A3; the pagination of A28-A31 is repeated, but not the content.

Pictorial wrappers slightly marked; minimal expert conservation to trifling chips and tears to the edges and spine (the latter with slight loss); 'Chamber of Manufactures, South Australia' inkstamp and 'Public Library / Dup' in ink on the front cover; an excellent copy (according to our 'records', we purchased it from the local State Library in 1999, and we have just got around to cataloguing it!).

A 'world-wide advertisement for our principal manufactures ... describing the various industries and factories engaged in different branches of manufacture'.
