Black papered boards with white paper title-labels (printed in red) on the spine and front cover; covers a little rubbed and bumped; edges and title page a little foxed, with light scattered foxing elsewhere; a very good copy with the good dustwrapper (printed and decorated in red, now tanned and a little worn, with the price neatly hole-punched from the spine).
Provenance: Edward Angas Johnson (1873-1951), Adelaide medical practitioner prominent in public health circles, with his signature inkstamp on the title page. His grandmother was a daughter of George Fife Angas.
