Octavo, two volumes bound as one in contemporary publisher's half calf and cloth, later expertly rebacked in cloth but retaining most of the original leather backstrip; new endpapers; covers slightly rubbed at the extremities; tears to four folding maps and the bottom margin of five consecutive leaves expertly sealed; minimal signs of age and use; overall, in excellent condition.

An impressive, important and unquestionably rare compilation. The contents of Volume 2 include:
