The trade edition, limited to 1000 copies (a deluxe leather-bound edition of 100 signed copies was also published). Provenance: Dr Hedley Ralph Marston FRS, with a gift inscription on the half-title 'To N. and H.M. from S. and D.R. 1952' (from Sir David Rivett, former Chairman of CSIRO, and his wife to his friend and colleague Dr Hedley Ralph Marston and his wife).
