Quarter decorated leather and cloth; spines a little scuffed; a slight bump to 5 corners; trifling production flaw to the top edge of Villette; a very good set in the individual slipcases a little rubbed and bumped (with two slipcases split at the bottom corner, and the bottom edge of another marked).

With an introduction by 'J.H.' to each volume, and Charlotte Brontë's original preface to 'The Professor' (as 'Currer Bell'). [7 items].
