Full padded leather lettered in gilt on the spine and front cover (with a small colour plate mounted on the latter as well); a fine copy with the lightly rubbed slipcase.
Number 67 of only 200 copies of the deluxe leather-bound edition signed by the author, with a personalised Adelaide Club bookplate mounted on the verso of the front flyleaf. The foreword states there were 1240 members at the time, so presumably these deluxe volumes have always been (and will always be) scarce.
