Loosely inserted is a slip reproducing a letter by the Press and published by the "Times Literary Supplement", October 1925, referring to 'the new edition of the Leslie-Birrell translation of Plato's "Symposium"', concluding that 'our consent was given for an edition which would be of a totally different character from our own'.
