Adelaide, W.C. Cox, Government Printer, 1860.

Foolscap folio, 10 pages plus a large folding two-colour map ('The Mouth of the Murray from the Survey by B. Douglas ... April 22nd, 1857', 435 × 563 mm).

Title-wrappers; four small holes in the left-hand margin where sewn when bound (now disbound, with a later neat white paper-tape spine); trifling signs of age and use; essentially a fine copy.

South Australian Parliamentary Paper Number 25 of 1860. The steamer sank without loss of life after having initially struck on the eastern bank of the Channel after leaving Goolwa. A re-survey of the mouth of the Murray was organized; the accompanying chart is overprinted in red with the wreck site and the numerous changes which had taken place since the original survey in 1857 ('Corrected to 28th January 1860. Geo. E. DeMole').
