In Aid of the Red Cross Society, SA Division. An Entertainment by Mr Noel Coward ... In the Ballroom at Government House, Adelaide [Wednesday, 11th December 1940]

Adelaide, printed by E.J. McAlister and Co. [for the Red Cross Society? 1940].

Royal octavo (255 × 158 mm), [8] pages (including the printed covers) with 3 portraits (the Governor, his wife and Noel Coward).

Gilt-printed wrappers very lightly marked and creased; an excellent copy.

A fund-raising programme, very light on details ('Mr Noel Coward will give Selections from his repertoire'). However, he was kind enough to sign the margin at the foot of his portrait on the last page. Loosely inserted is a one-page handwritten account listing the songs Coward sang at concerts at the Palais (10 December) and at this event at Government House (an 'after dinner recital'), by one who was there.
