Signed in ink by the editor on the half-title; also dated (20 May 2019), signed and warmly inscribed by aviation author Lainie Anderson. The original edition was published in 1922; 'for this new edition a fresh selection of images has been made [which] draws on the rich collection of material relating to the Vimy's flight held in the State Library of South Australia' (Note on the Text).
