Quarter white cloth (lettered in gilt on the spine) and plain papered boards, bottom edge uncut; front board very lightly marked; top edge lightly foxed; front inner hinge lightly stabilised; a near-fine copy.
One of 120 copies (of which only 100 were for sale), with an original signed etching by Norman Lindsay tipped in (Number 39). Provenance: R.M. Chirnside, with his John Shirlow-designed bookplate (featuring the racehorse 'Linass') on the front pastedown.
