Oblong folio (260 × 410 mm), 384 pages, extensively illustrated (occasionally in colour), plus a facsimile edition of Marilyn Monroe's script loosely inserted in a recess in the inside rear cover. The double-sided caricature of Billy Wilder by Makoto Wada (maximum dimensions 115 × 95 mm, printed on card) has been removed from its recess and attached to the ribbon bookmark, as intended.

Light yellow imitation suede lightly marked; facsimile script a little creased at the corners; an excellent copy in the very good original printed carton (lightly used and unevenly sunned).
