Quarter cloth and colour-pictorial papered boards a little scuffed, with light wear to the corner-tips; an excellent copy.

Provenance: Australian neurosurgeon Professor Donald Simpson AO (1927-2018), one of the editors, with his bookplate on the front pastedown. The bookplate has 'Annotated copy ... April 1995' written on it, and this copy contains numerous small annotations (mainly corrections) in his hand.
