Number II 'of six extra copies, specially printed for presentation. This is for W.H. de Coverly Esq' (in the hand of the publisher, Cyril Beaumont, on the limitation page). The edition comprised 22 copies on Japanese vellum and 250 on hand-made paper (as is this copy). The 'Typography and Binding arranged by Cyril William Beaumont Printed on his Press in London and Published by him ... The cover has been designed by Pickford Waller and the Binding executed by F. Sangorski and G. Sutcliffe' (colophon). W.H. de Coverly appears to have been an employee of booksellers James Bain Limited.
