One of only 220 copies of this deluxe edition. Loosely inserted in a plain cream envelope is a greetings card printed in gilt with Aleister Crowley's A.'. A.'. seal, inscribed, initialled and signed in ink by the author ('Abrahadabra! the Reward of Ra Hoor Khut'). David Mattichak Jr died shortly after the book was published, and not all copies of this edition contain the signed card.
