Colour-pictorial papered boards lightly rubbed along the rear joint near the head of the spine; essentially a fine copy with the price-clipped dustwrapper slightly rubbed at the extremities, and slightly torn and chipped (confined to the head of the spine and the head of the rear panel).

With the small contemporary paper label of the Adelaide booksellers F.W. Preece Ltd. at the foot of the front pastedown.
