Sydney, 'Compiled, Drawn and Printed at the Department of Lands, 1927 ('Eighth Edition'; the date '23 Apr 1928' is stamped on it in ink).

Linen-backed paper (printed surface 845 × 565 mm), colour-printed with main and secondary roads, 'principal fishing streams', distances between locations, and condition of the roads.

Minor signs of use and age, but essentially in very good condition. A printed key indicates it is Number 2 in a series of four Tourist District maps.
