Quarto, 4 pages (rectos only); signed and dated (5 August 1963) at the foot of the last page.
Folded twice for posting; in fine condition, complete with the original envelope addressed by Miller.
The material was sent to Barry Jones, and the head of the first page is inscribed 'copy for Barry O. Jones'. The discursive chronology contains numerous corrections and additions in Miller's hand. There are also three additional leaves (rectos only) containing his abridged chronology from 1944 to 1959, without annotations. Provenance: Collection of The Hon Barry Jones AC.
