The privately published reminiscences of an Australian with the RAAF in New Guinea during the Second World War, interspersed with biographical sketches and personal accounts gathered from his fellow servicemen. Inscribed, dated (April 2002) and signed by the author. Loosely inserted are duplicates of two typed letters signed by the author, one addressed aviation historian David Vincent and the other to the editor of 'Wartime' magazine.
