Gilt-decorated cloth a little marked, sunned and bumped, with minor wear to the extremities; flyleaves offset; inner hinges cracked but sound; bottom half of one leaf (pages 151-152) excised; bottom corner of the bookblock a little bumped throughout; overall a very good copy.

The selection of jewellery and timepieces runs out by page 73; the balance of the catalogue contains everything else the well-heeled Edwardian might desire, especially for the table, writing desk and boudoir.
